What’s Included:

Spraying the filters to remove dust, sand, and dirt, and sanitizing them.
Cleaning the indoor filters, grills, and AC trays.
Wiping the vents properly to remove dust and sanitize them.
Performing deep cleaning of dirt, debris, and other contaminants found in AC ducts.
Cleaning and sanitizing your AC air ducts using machines and vacuums.
Wiping and sanitizing the ducts.
Conducting a free inspection for any other issues in the AC.

Note:

Determine the number of units you have by counting the thermostat/AC-controlling units in your home.
This service is exclusively for maintenance purposes and does not address existing issues or malfunctions with your air conditioning system.
If any defects are discovered during servicing, the professional will provide guidance on additional charges.
Full property access is required for all jobs. If the professional is unable to proceed due to permit issues, a 30-minute service fee will still apply.

Service Warranty:

If the same issue reoccurs or persists within 45 days following your service, we are committed to revisiting and resolving the matter at no additional cost. Please note that this warranty only covers issues related to the original booking and does not extend to new or unrelated maintenance and repairs.
