What is included:

• Our service experts will visit your premises with necessary equipment (paint, rollers, brushes, floor plastics) to refresh your home .The spots that do not require paint touch-ups will be covered with masking tape and the floor will be covered to prevent stains.The experts will guide you throughout and will inform you of the time-line of the process.
• The painting service is only valid for the walls, and not for the ceiling, balconies and exteriors. You can check our add-on section when booking to add on the ceiling painting option.
• We use premium paints (white or shades of white), separate charges will be incurred if you wish to choose from our colour pallete.
• The price will also differ if you have a coloured wall and wish to re-colour it, which will be quoted at the visit.

Notes:

• This service is for Unfurnished properties, furnished properties will be priced based on inspection
• Changing from a darker existing wall color to white or off-white will involve an additional charge, due to the need for additional coats of paint
• You are requested to trust our professionals with the job and give them some privacy to complete it in time.
• This service is highly preferred for moving in / out .
• Deep cleaning of the premises after the paint job is highly recommended.
