How it’s done:
– Our qualified professional will visit and understand the problem.
– Next, you will be advised of any complications or additional material that needs to be bought to achieve desired results.
– You will receive a separate quote for the additional materials.
– You will get a report following the service with an invoice.

Kindly note:
– Depending on the issue the product may or may not be taken to the workshop for repair.
-Visit charge is AED 120, which covers the first hour of work. AED 75 for every additional 30 minutes of service after the first hour.
– Any additional material required will be charged separately.
– Material sourcing may take up to 24 – 48hrs subject to availability. (Additional cost)
– Cancellation of the booking up to 2 hours from the start of the appointment will result in a 30-minute service fee.
-For all jobs, kindly note that full access to the property is required, Full service fee will still be charged in case the professional is returned due to a permit issue.
