Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

“Company” refers to Top Mop Cleaning Company, operating in Dubai, UAE.

“Client” refers to any individual or entity booking our services.

“Services” refers to the cleaning and related services provided by the Company.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

3. Booking and Scheduling

Services must be booked through our website, phone, or approved booking platforms.

The Client must provide accurate property details, access instructions, and contact information.

We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, with prior notice to the Client.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled service will receive a full refund or credit.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the service may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service cost.

No-shows (where our team cannot access the property) will be charged the full service fee.

Access and Safety

The Client must ensure safe and unobstructed access to the property.

Our staff will not clean areas deemed hazardous or unsafe.

The Client is responsible for securing valuables, fragile items, and pets prior to service.

Service Standards

We strive to deliver high-quality cleaning services. If you are dissatisfied, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion for re-cleaning or resolution.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or items not properly secured by the Client.

Liability

The Company’s liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the value of the specific service provided.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

The Client agrees to indemnify the Company against claims arising from inaccurate information provided by the Client.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon booking or immediately after service completion, as agreed.

We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards.

Late payments may incur administrative fees or suspension of future services.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including logos, text, and images, is the property of Top Mop Cleaning Company and may not be used without written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.

Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revised effective date.
