What's Included — And What Isn't

Not included: laboratory water testing, cleaning of the building’s pipe network, pump servicing or repair, float valve or lid replacement, structural repair of cracked tanks, and rust treatment on steel tanks.
One thing people get wrong: a clean tank does not mean clean pipes. If your water still smells or discolours after the tank is cleaned, the problem is in the pipework or water heater, not the tank. We tell you when we see signs of that, but pipeline disinfection is a separate job.
